We are hiring Analysts and Associates. We recruit for a wide range of skills, which include any the following: general business acumen, engineering, research, sales, marketing, analysis, GIS, and real estate. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-person and remote work. This hybrid role will be based in our Stamford, CT and NYC offices.
Analyst Classes:
2023: full
2024: partially full; interviewing now.
2025: accepting interns who will matriculate into the Analyst Class of 2025.

Project Development of community solar projects in key North American markets
Interconnection Management for renewable energy projects

Responsibilities:
Managing the interconnection process for the company’s projects.
Utility and landowner negotiations.
Management of easements, land leases or land purchases.
Requirements:
Internal motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
You must be a “go getter,” comfortable calling on people and organizations you’ve never met and creative at finding information.
Strong Excel, project management, and interconnection-related skills.
Experience taking projects from interconnection application to signed IA.
2-5+ years of solar development experience.
Valid driver’s license.
